Absolutely fantastic service from Brian manager of the Ayr Central store today. Took in my engagement ring which had lost stones for the second time (discontinued style) and he exchanged it for a brand new ring. Ring valued at today's price, for a little extra I was able to have my dream ring. Brian's advice and knowledge was incredible and he really went above and beyond. Customers for life thanks to the professional way he dealt with us. Thank you Brian.
