    Came to inspect our boiler on 19th January for a replacement quote. Still waiting and chasing on 8th March! Numerous phone calls to the office to chase but only met by a snotty attitude from the office staff. Will be looking else where now. A strange way to do business. Glad I found out how unreliable you were before employing you to do the actual job!!!
